We start by looking at the global picture of how your body is ordered, how your body moves, and how one issue can lead to problems elsewhere. This helps us to systematically identify the root cause of any pain, dysfunction, or areas holding you back from your movement potential. From this point, we will use a combination of manual therapy, education, and progressive exercises to create lasting change.

Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our massage therapists will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. This may mean getting you up throughout the session to focus on movement. If you’re looking for a massage therapist that will get you results, this is the place. Angie is a Vancouver native who graduated from the University of British Columbia with both her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology.

When it comes to her clients, she implements mindfulness and the connection to the body when it comes to pain management and movement optimization. She strongly believes in a collaborative approach, emphasizing education, past experiences and movement to get you back to the best version of yourself.

She has experience with patients with osteoarthritis, post-operative rehabilitation, older adults, children, adolescents, and athletic injuries.

When Angie is not working in the clinic, you can find her hiking trails, trying a new sport, or lifting weights at the gym.

Danielle is a physiotherapist who completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of Calgary, followed by her Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan. Her previous experience as both an athlete and support in planning and coaching programs for children with disabilities started her interest in becoming a physiotherapist.

Growing up playing competitive volleyball led Danielle to sustaining a handful of her own injuries. This is where her admiration for the world of rehabilitation and resilience of the human body began. Danielle is passionate about helping her clients reach their goals and build their confidence in their ability to move in both sport and everyday life. Her focus is on creating an individualized treatment solution for helping you to feel like yourself again.

On her days off, you can find Danielle checking out a new hike, going for a run, or playing volleyball.

Lindsay is a chiropractor who’s taken her extensive experience in personal training, and now combines this knowledge with chiropractic medicine. She has experience with a diverse spectrum of athlete populations in individual & large group fitness, as well as sports teams.

She is no stranger to injury. Having previous sports injuries herself, Lindsay has takes an approach that is movement oriented complemented by manual therapy. She ensures that her treatment is client-oriented, focusing on self-advocacy and education for optimal movement.

Outside of work, Lindsay loves to spend time outdoors as much as possible with her pit-lab, Abner. Throughout the year, you’ll find her camping, paddle boarding, skiing, playing volleyball, and traveling to new places when she can. Finally, following all those activities she enjoys venturing out trying new food and craft beer! Feel free to give some suggestions.

Josh completed his Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Manitoba. He became familiar with the rehab process through multiple knee surgeries of his own while playing college basketball.

Josh became a physiotherapist not only to help athletes get back to their sport and improve their performance, but to help people from all walks of life find a path away from pain and dysfunction. He is passionate about helping his clients overcome their injuries and impairments so they can do the activities they love. Josh partners with his clients by listening to their goals and helping provide the tools they need to achieve them. He believes it is important to build in his clients the confidence they need to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle on their own.

Drew graduated with his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia, and has since obtained his Level 1 Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Certification, Level 1 Bikefit certification, and Level 1 AN-IMS Dry Needling.

Drew grew up playing competitive soccer and basketball which lead to his own array of sports-related injuries. His first-hand experience of the highs and lows that can be part of a rehabilitation journey is what sparked Drew to become a Physiotherapist.
