This helps us to systematically identify the root cause of any pain, dysfunction, or areas holding you back from your movement potential. From this point, we will use a combination of manual therapy, education, and progressive exercises to create lasting change.

Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our massage therapists will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. This may mean getting you up throughout the session to focus on movement. If you’re looking for a massage therapist that will get you results, this is the place. Please wear shorts and sports bra/tank top (as applicable). We can't wait to work with you!

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy

Kelly is Physiotherapist who is a strong believer in individualizing her treatments, working alongside her patients to attain their personal goals, and to help them lead healthy lives.

She has worked at several physiotherapy clinics in the lower mainland gaining experience in many orthopaedic and sports injuries.

Vianna completed her Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney, Australia. Previously, she obtained her Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia along with 5 years of experience working as a Kinesiologist/Rehabilitation Assistant. Vianna is bilingual and can offer her sessions in both English and Cantonese.

Vianna is always looking to add new skills to her scope as a therapist. While in Australia, she trained as a sports trainer and acquired experience with athletic taping and sports and conditioning, specifically with volleyball, basketball and dragon boating. Vianna also has experience with pre and postnatal conditions and care.

As a health professional, Vianna feels a sense of responsibility to empower and educate those around her. She takes an active approach to help you perform at an optimal level so that you can get back to doing the things that matter most in your life. Gopi is a physiotherapist who completed her Master of Physical Therapy degree at the University of British Columbia, following her experience working as a Kinesiologist. She grew up in Vancouver, and played many sports including soccer, basketball, and ice hockey.

She was a former high level varsity soccer athlete, and truly understands the demands of sports and competing at a high level. Soccer also helped develop Gopi’s extensive coaching background, allowing her to share and transfer her experience to the soccer community.

Gopi believes in empowering clients to take responsibility of their rehabilitation through supportive advice and engagement. She also believes in a collaborative approach to optimize your movement potential, so that you get back to things that matter most in life. She is immensely passionate about providing education to her clients with respect to their movement, rehabilitation, and just learning more about the body.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing soccer, going for hikes, and snowboarding. You’ll also find her pursuing her passion for baking cakes, and having a tremendous amount of fun playing video games.

From her background as a dancer, she was inspired by the complexity and resiliency of the human body to create a positive rehabilitation experience for all of her clients. Gemma uses a full-body approach to therapy and works with her clients to complete a comprehensive treatment plan including manual therapy, functional movement prescription and ongoing education. She is here to support you in your healthy, active lifestyle and to give you the tools you need to be successful in your rehab journey.

Rachelle completed her training at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy to successfully become a Registered Massage Therapist. She has also achieved certifications in Kinesiotaping and Functional Movement Screening, Level 1. Prior to becoming an RMT, Rachelle worked as a Kinesiologist with a focus on active rehabilitation and personal training.

Rachelle’s wide variety of work experience enables her to create a specific massage therapy and rehabilitation plan especially for you! Her athletic background in volleyball, basketball and football, was filled with various types of injuries and subsequent rehabilitation techniques; this exposure allowed her to learn throughout the years of her athletic career. Alex became a Registered Massage Therapist after graduating from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Prior to this, he received his Kinesiology Diploma, from Langara College, in 2018. During his education, Alex thrived in working with patients who suffered from chronic repetitive injuries, ranging from CrossFit athletes and Olympic weightlifters to First Responders and office workers. Alex also speaks Cantonese.

Alex is passionate about the health and wellbeing of others; constantly using his knowledge to support and educate those around him. His 4 years of coaching a U18 Ultimate Frisbee team (which included 3 consecutive Provincial Championships!) gave him extensive experience working closely with athletes. After witnessing his student athletes suffer from injuries, Alex realized he wanted to pursue a career in massage therapy so that he could help people have successful rehabilitation journeys.
