All sessions include an assessment, manual therapy, corrective movement, reassessment and a comprehensive treatment plan. Massage Therapists may also use methods such as: deep tissue massage, Fascial Stretch Therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial techniques, corrective exercises.

Please note: This is not your typical massage therapy session as our RMTs will be using manual therapy for the purpose of movement. Our goal is to help you move better, so please come prepared with shorts and a sports bra/tank top as you can expect to be up and moving periodically throughout your session. We can't wait to work with you!

Jackson Liu, B. Kin, MPT, first received a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology degree from the University of British Columbia. He spent time as a Kinesiologist creating exercise based rehabilitation programs and working with a wide array of clients.

Inspired by the physiotherapists he worked alongside, Jackson returned to UBC and furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Jackson’s specialty is in varied sports injuries and post op rehabilitation patients.

For the past 8 years, Jackson has coached high level high school and club volleyball. This experience has exposed him to numerous sports injuries, further enriching his understanding of the challenges athletes face. Naturally, Jackson’s special areas of interest are working with athletes with acute or chronic shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries. He does all he can to help them safely return to the activities they love.

Beyond the clinic, Jackson leads an active lifestyle, participating in volleyball, pickleball, skiing/snowboarding, and engaging in regular strength training. Jackson is passionate about helping clients achieve their wellness goals, offering personalized care and guidance on their journey to improved health. Hailing from the North Shore, Jon is a Physiotherapist who obtained his Masters of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia.

Jon has a passion for all things related to movement and health. After numerous experiences with self-rehabbing injuries, Jon believes in actively listening and guiding clients to take the driver seat in their own rehab journey to fulfill their goals.

He believes that each client brings with them a unique story and a set of experiences, and that their rehab program should be tailored to reflect this. With an individualized blend of manual therapy, strategic therapeutic exercise, and education, Jon will strive to get you better than where you were before your injury. Jon is also certified in Dry Needling through acupuncture Canada.

Outside the clinic, if he’s not scoping out the latest and greatest brunch spot, you can find Jon hiking or skiing the nearest mountain, and training in his newest passion, BJJ.

Angus is a dedicated physiotherapist who grew up in Richmond and speaks both English and Mandarin. After working as a kinesiologist, Angus pursued a Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Queensland, Australia. His career in Australia included roles in a bustling private practice clinic and residential aged care facilities on the Gold Coast. Angus also served as a first responder with St John Ambulance and completed a placement with the Bond University Rugby Club.
