With valuable experience working as a Chiropractor in New Zealand,  I have a strong emphasis in patient-focused care and a commitment to preventative treatment and injury rehabilitation.

I provide a holistic approach grounded by my experience with a variety of patient populations, and through my Doctorate at The New Zealand College of Chiropractic.  My treatment style incorporates manual adjustments, soft tissue techniques  and corrective rehabilitative exercises, and I work with all populations and demographics in all stages of life.

Having grown up in Richmond, BC, I am excited about returning home and serving this Vancouver community. Growing up, sports and fitness was a big part of my life. Through softball, basketball, and volleyball I was always active and on the go. This led to various injuries and my own recovery inspired me to pursue a career in health care and support others through similar journeys.

I look forward to working together, providing comprehensive care that addresses both current concerns and preventive measures, and help you reach your goals!

As someone who comes from an active lifestyle with a passion for competitiveness and physical fitness I also understand what it’s like to want to strive toward a goal to feel a sense of accomplishment.

On my off time you will find me doing activities such as competitive volleyball , recreational racket sports, basketball and the occasional long nature walks with my dog.
